Kestrel B09 'Treasure Island' Knife
The Kestrel 'Treasure Island' features a stainless hand-forged 'Hornets Nest' damascus blade, by Mike Norris. The frame showcases beautiful Koftgari, a technique of hand-laying 24K gold into a tool steel frame. The gold is burnished into a fine grid scribed into the steel, and the frame is 'parkerized' to a deep brown/blue background. The fossil brain coral, according to Geologists, is approximately 110,000 years old. Found in abundance in Florida quarry mines, these exquisite scales are hand-picked findings which would otherwise be crushed and used in cement. A premium natural white topaz gemstone is precision cut and set in an 18K gold bezel.
