Sterling Silver & 18KYG Swirl Monterey Medallion Pendant

A gorgeous artful conception by Leslie Greene, this sterling silver swirl design medallion features eighteen karat yellow gold detail accented with twenty-one round natural diamonds weighing a total of 0.21 carat.
