One lady's 18 karat white gold Gregg Ruth split shank semi-mount mounted with two bullet-cut diamonds weighing together 0.65 carat, and one-hundred and fifty-six round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing together 0.81 carat. The diamonds are correctly proportioned, very slightly included (VS), and near colorless (I). (Center stone to be purchased separately - head proportioned for a 1.75 carat round.)
