***UPDATE: THIS BOX HAS BEEN FOUND***
Found by Wendy Crawley from North Augusta, SC
#1 Clue, Friday Oct. 29th :: With no need to cross, this search begins where a barrier ends.
This box was located at the end of the fence outside of the living history Park in North Augusta.
#2 Clue, Saturday Oct. 30th :: Many of you have seen it, some of you have seen it two different ways and just a few of you have actually touched it.
The lathe in the wood working room in the movie The Patriot is functional and is used in the New Windsor Cabinet Shop, in the Living History Park in North Augusta, SC. Many people have seen the movie, some people have seen the lathe in the wood shop (as well as the movie) and just a few people here have actually touched or used it.
#3 Clue, Sunday Oct. 31st :: Never known for these insects, but now and forever a reminder of them.
In 2021, The Living History Park in North Augusta was closed for three days to be used as the set of an upcoming film called the “The Hornet’s Nest,” a docu-drama movie. The film followed Georgia heroine Nancy Hart throughout a day in her life during the Revolutionary War.
#4 Clue, Monday Nov. 1st :: Nine pounds eleven ounces seems
to be perfect, but is not.
Mel Gibson weighs the chair that he created in the wood shop near the lathe and he says "9lbs 11oz that’s perfect, perfect" before he sits in it and breaks it.
#5 Clue, Tuesday Nov. 2nd :: At 3:35, look to the right and you'll see it.
The lathe in the wood shop in the movie The Patriot can be seen perfectly on the right side of the scene at 3:35 into the movie.
#6 Clue, Wednesday Nov. 3rd (UNRELEASED) :: Among reminders is a famous item, but your search is to the north east. Aim small, miss small.
The Living History Park is a re-creation of a village dating from 1735 to 1785 and is managed by an all-volunteer staff. Aim small, miss small is one of the most famous lines in the Patriot, which the movie ties back to the lathe in the woodshop. This box was located outside of the fence at the north east corner of the park.
