Cancellations & Returns
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a time period of 30 days of time in which you may cancel your order. If you do wish to cancel an order please Contact Us immediately. In the event that we are unable to cancel the shipment in time, the normal return policies apply.
Windsor Jewelers stands behind their merchandise 100%. Although highly unlikely, if you are not happy with your selection, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All sales are final on any custom made or special order items or any items that have been engraved or modified. These types of items can not be returned.
STEP 1) Contact us at 1-800-605-1060 or by email at email@example.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have your order number or include it in any email. Note: Returns arriving without an RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be returned to sender.
Step 2) You will be emailed a shipping label. Please use the original packaging if possible. Include your RMA number and order number as well as all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate, appraisal or certificate of authenticity that is not returned, you will be liable for a $250 replacement cost.
We are not responsible for lost packages being returned. Make sure to include your RMA number on the ship-to address. Do not use Windsor Jewelers, Windsor Fine Jewelers, or anything else that might denote that the package contains jewelry.
