He creates his jewelry designs with nature in mind, working in eco-friendly workshops and buildings that lie in organic farmland, and John Hardy takes great care to provide his employees with a peaceful work environment. John Hardy and his wife give back to the Balinese community by supporting a mid-wife clinic, initiating large recycling programs, providing healthy lunches, and recently starting his mission for “sustainable advertising.” By planting bamboo he hopes to offset the greenhouse gas emissions set off by his printing campaigns.
